You might purchase our Bollilatte as a great Milkpot but it will become so much more for you!

Ask anyone at either Navarini Italy or Navarini USA which item they use the most in the kitchen and the answer will most likely be the “Bollilatte”.

The shape and size of our Bollilatte add so much functionality to this pot that it most likely will also not leave your stove at all. Whether we heat our milk in the morning, boil water for a tea, heat stock for risotto, melt butter for pasta dishes, infuse oil with herbs, heat soup or sauces, heat apple cider or boil chai – our “Bollilatte” is our choice for the task.

The reason for this is mainly because this is not your regular small milk pot. With two available sizes as well as the fact that our high quality 100% tin-lining prevents liquids such as milk from scalding, our Bollilatte is simply convenient for many tasks in the kitchen.

Since our copper Bollilatte is safe up to 450° Fahrenheit (230° Celsius), the pot can even be used in the oven. We crafted 2 different sizes for our Bollilatte: Our “Bollilatte Piccolo” with 0.8qt, and our “Bollilatte Grande” with 1.7qt. capacity.

The body of the Piccolo and Grande differ slightly in regards to the transition of the pot to the base and this has a reason. While both are perfect for all types of tasks, our Bollilatte Grande is ideal for larger quantities and the particular shape of our Bollilatte Piccolo makes this size also ideal for use as a milk steamer for your cappuccino machine.

100% Hand-Crafted in our workshop in Ravina, Italy:

As all of our products, our copper milk pot is hand-crafted in the Navarini workshop in northern Italy. Our bollilatte is constructed from one single sheet of copper ensuring absolute even heat distribution from the base to the sides of the bowl.

Exceptional heat conductivity and retention:

Copper conducts heat twice as fast as aluminum cookware, 5 times faster compared to cast iron and over 25 times faster than stainless steel cookware.

Hand-hammered for enhanced durability and structure:

Our copper milk pot is entirely hand-hammered. Hand-hammered copper adds strength and enhances the structure & durability of the material. In addition, hand-hammered characterizes true artisanship.

High quality, non-reactive & renewable tin-lining:

We only use high quality, 100% pure and non-reactive tin-lining for our copper products. The advantage is that the heat conductivity of the tin-lining corresponds perfectly with the copper. Compared to other coating materials, our tin-lining can easily be renewed as often as desired and your cookware can be handed to the next generation.

High level of heat tolerance:

Our copper cookware including the non-reactive and renewable tin-lining has a high heat tolerance of up to 450° Fahrenheit (230° Celsius). One of the reasons why our copper cookware is preferred by professional chefs around the world.

Packed in a beautiful “Bottega Navarini” cloth bag:

As most of our larger copper products, our copper milk pot will arrive packed in a beautiful blue “Bottega Navarini” cloth bag. Not only a fitting bag for our beautiful copper products but already treasured by our customers as a sign of an original Navarini.

In 1959, a master craftsman named Pierino Navarini who learned the arts of the century-old Italian coppersmith tradition at the age of 16, opened his workshop in Ravino, Italy. From the beginning, Pierino believed that the perfect product can only be created by hand utilizing the unmatched skills, passion, and dedication of a master coppersmith. It is thanks to his almost crazy ambition and stubbornness that the century-old tradition of crafting Italian copper products by hand is still used today in the Navarini family workshop of Ravina, Italy. There are no compromises or shortcuts to perfection – a fact that is still very much lived by Pierino. his children as well as his grandchildren. The beauty and functionality of a product should be admired and used by generations. Today, under the watchful eyes of Pierino Navarini, all three generations of the Navarini family are dedicated to keeping this tradition alive. With their own hands, every single day, every single product, without compromises.
